BRIEF HISTORY OF MiraCell, INC.

Introduced into the national market in 2000 as a single, unique skin product, MiraCell products currently sell through over 3,378 locations, which include professional offices in the hearing industry – a rapidly expanding niche market.

A company of committed values, MiraCell brings trusted research and fulfilled promise to the multi-billion dollar world of skin care. The MiraCell Company was established in Provo, Utah, January 1, 2000 by Marilyn and Robert Harris to market an exceptional line of safe and beneficial botanical skin care and cosmetic products. Robert’s financial backing gave reality to Marilyn’s vision. The complete MiraCell skin care line has proven successful in multiple beauty salons and consultant test markets. These formulas are produced using the latest state-of-the-art research in skin nutritionals.

Because of her own sensitive skin, Marilyn Harris looked for someone who could formulate honest natural skin care and cosmetic products. Why honest? Many companies claim their products are natural but they use synthetic vitamins that don’t benefit skin.

THE NEED

Many people suffer with severe skin problems that make daily living difficult because irritated skin is unrelenting. It constantly itches or hurts. Clients consistently report to us that in order to find relief, they try every product imaginable from a full range of prescriptions to over-the-counter products. They report that many sting, burn or add to the irritation. Time and again, they tell us that MiraCell products were the first to give them relief…that relief came quickly, often in seconds.

Everyone regularly gets minor skin irritations such as torn cuticles, hang nails, tiny paper or scissor cuts, an unexpected insect bite, a sudden burn. Perhaps a burst of wind irritates your eyes or you eat something that causes your lips to dry and burn. Having MiraCell Skin Relief & Support in your purse or pocket gives you immediate relief in all of these situations.

Our mission was to give women an honest, safe and natural skin care product to use on their faces to prevent wrinkles. So greatly pleased with the results they saw in the mirror, they began using MiraCell Skin Relief & Support on other areas of their body and on the other members of their family. They first reported that it helped their children’s dry lips and rashes and their husband’s blisters. Then reports for more and more uses multiplied. As we looked at the mounting evidence of testimony, we realized two things. One, people suffer with a lot of skin problems that they do not get good help with. Two, that MiraCell’s natural formula was quickly and highly effective on all types of skin problems anywhere on the body.

MiraCell’s effectiveness is founded on our dedication to core ideals. First, Richard Gadd worked four years with Arbonne Skin Care and Joyce Stockwell, a cosmetic chemist dedicated to natural products. Here he learned how to formulate using natural ingredients that are pH correct for skin.

Formulas built from pH correct ingredients are a step above pH balanced formulas. A chemist can take a harsh alkaline ingredient, even one that is natural and bring it to the pH balance of skin by mixing it with a strong enough acid ingredient. These formulas stress the skin, not as much as synthetic or petro-chemical formulas but the skin still has to buffer the effects. By using only ingredients that, in their natural state, are pH correct for the skin, we give the skin building blocks it can use quickly, safely and effectively as it performs its magic in results and rebuilding.

Richard Gadd also mastered the art of formulating a high level of refined cosmetics. Smooth and silky, they easily melt into the skin giving their nourishing benefits. So often, natural cosmetics are rough, crude or too raw. They are unpleasant to use.

Marilyn Harris is passionately dedicated to using natural ingredients that come from botanical plants that grow in light. Her philosophy is that light is our source of life, intelligence and truth. She strongly believes that “we don’t know what we don’t know” and that by using these plant sources, we get the advantage of beneficial things that have not yet been discovered.

Robert Harris funded MiraCell making Marilyn’s vision and dreams a reality.

That MiraCell has proven so effective on so many skin conditions validates the beliefs and skills of these three most reputable and professional people.
